I have been reflecting over some of the voice notes and messages I left around this time last year. Wow. Whilst it was a rollercoaster of highs and lows, I sure gave some insightful and deep advice, greatly inspired from many hours of meditation, good vibes, yoga, prayer, connecting with music and wild swimming in nature. Some examples (without going into personal details):
You are not the person you have made up in your mind. The mind lies. Deep down you are pure.
Take time to get still and come back to who you really are. The mind and ego bring up limiting beliefs. You are unlimited.
Your mind may tell you that you are imperfect. That is utter bull. Underneath it all you are perfect. We need to strip this all away.
Stop labelling yourself. It’s all nonsense. You are more than an adjective. You are not your thoughts. Don’t judge them.
You are too focused on the noise coming from your mind. You are not those troubles or dramas.
Stop trying to discover the truth from your mind. It won’t get you there.
You are super intelligent but the problem is that you are speaking from your analytical mind and not your soul.
Until we learn to call out the ego and lies from the mind, we will never fully experience peace or the presence of God.
You are an eternal being having a ‘human experience’.
You can buy happiness but you can’t buy joy. That’s an inside job.
You are pure water that has been toughened and clouded by your earthy conditioning.
Wowsers! There’s a lot more but this is now turning into a book 😜
A close friend at the time, called me out for sending 18 texts in 90 seconds. So despite all these loving, euphoric insights, it’s clear I was in overdrive and needed to rest. I still believe many of these words but no wonder my mind went a bit nuts, it must have been absolutely raging the things I was saying about it 🤣
Whist becoming what the world labels ‘delusional’ can be terrifying, it isn’t all bad.
